Below are the answers to many frequently asked questions, along with my wholesale terms & conditions. If you have any questions that aren't addressed here, please email me and I'll get right back to you.

Minimum order value

The minimum order value is €150.

Shipping

All wholesale orders will be shipped from my studio in Paris using Colissimo. This service provides a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your parcel's progress.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

All EU orders over €250 will receive free shipping with discount code PLANCK250; shipping costs for all other orders will be calculated at checkout.

Dispatch times can vary depending on the size of your order, and the number of each item you request. I aim to ship all wholesale orders within 3 weeks, but often I manage to get them out much sooner. If you have a deadline in mind, please let me know via email before placing your order and I'll do my best to meet your needs.

Exclusivity

Wholesale ordering is only available to bricks & mortar shops for in-person selling. At this time it is not possible for third parties to sell Becky, Queen of Frocks items online.

Payment

I accept both card and PayPal payments through the checkout system in my wholesale shop.

Returns

My returns policy adheres to EU regulations; if you need to return your item, please notify me by email within 14 days receiving it, and then return it in its original condition within 21 days of receipt. Please note that international customers MUST mark all returns with 'RETURNED UNWANTED GOODS - NO TAX TO PAY', otherwise customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
